Client had an old shop to convert to office, we initially went to replace a few lights in conjunction with plasterer & painting works. After replacing & relocation the lighting throughout to suit new layout, the client realised there was not enough power points & data points to set up workstations for staff.

We upgraded switchboard in conjunction with installing new dedicated circuits to suit power requirements, liaised with Citi Power to find out power available in street, & due to cost of mains upgrade, we opted to first balance & limit the power that can be used for safety & this saved the client thousands, but also found that the wrong meters had been installed for each property so the y neighbours had been getting the bill for the client & vice versa. So we ran data & power throughout & set up a data rack to house all the cabling in a easy to maintain & change around if required to. The result was a fast & efficiently completed rough in & fit off that worked with the tight schedule so the client was working out the premises on time, with a new lighting layout that will save them money on electricity & also make the place look modern & very functional.
